1. Shipping Policy & Delivery Times

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Package the Bottles: Place all the bottles from your order (both used/empty and unused) into a secure shipping box. You must return all bottles from your original order to qualify for a full refund.
  3. Include Your Information: Inside the box, please include a piece of paper with your Full Name, Email Address, and ClickBank Order ID Number so our warehouse can easily locate your account.
  4. Ship the Package: Mail the box back to our fulfillment center. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Processing

Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your returned package, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process the transaction and for the funds to appear on your statement.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately upon receipt. We will gladly send a replacement package at absolutely no cost to you.
